Team Security Co Ltd based in Malawi, owned by Jimmy Swan and at the time partner Charles Graham and was the elite Security services to corporates, embassies, and even military and police officials used their protection. Nicknamed the Ninjas by the Americans, this unit protected members. Services like Rapid response, close protection, vehicle tracking, Canine operations, under cover operatives, Cash in transit, Investigation unit, full Technical division made it a one stop elite operation. Team was secret type operation, all training behind walls and the Police even put under cover operators inside to watch them. This film was shown for the first time 5 years after her formation to over 100 guests, even Ambassadors, head of Police and on a large screen. Jimmy had great guys with him, Dennis Smith the GM and Mike Davis, Ex SAS vet. Cathy was the Admin Director and named Starlight. Team was run in full military style and feared. The Police would use team in numerous operations side by side to solve crimes. The biggest is when the bombs etc off in Kenya, American embassies in Africa and world wide went to lock down. Tem was called in to protect the Embassy while the Marines were brought ion and the Police3 and Army put on standby. Team would pay its men double opposition and the selection of 30 days would start with a 100km run. Approx. 5 % would pass. Jimmy left Malawi, selling to a International Company and who kept it as it was and then they sold to Securicor who allegedly stripped it down and just gained the clients. Team was a perfect service.
