Saddlemen Explorer Seat Arrival and Installation - Harley Iron 883 HD

My new Saddlemen Explorer seat showed up in an already open box from Revzilla and UPS! Not something that is comforting, but the seat was fine nonetheless. I was able to do a quick side by side comparison of the new Saddlemen sear and the stock Harley seat. Take a look at how much better quality over the stock seat! With the magic of video editin, I quickly installed the new seat, not without some problems though. Anyone that has a Harley Davidson detachable or non detachable sissy bar, be warned that the seat will not install or come off without removing the sissy bar first. Luckily, my detachable sissy bar made this very easy. Also, make sure to install the seat bracket with Loctite and also remember to install the rubber bumper the first time around, unlike me.
