Witnessing A Passed Out From Heat Exhaustion At Bukit Timah Nature Reserve | EVALEE LIN HD

I took up the challenge again and went hiking at Singapore Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. This time I have added a very simple challenge and forfeit into the hike. The best part is that, I am not doing the hike alone but with my elder sister, Jian Hong and Ragu. To be honest, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is a much easier trail compare to the ones at MacRitchie Reservoir. It was an experience hiking at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. We also see how first aid is done to help the lady who passes out from heat exhaustion. Heat exhaustion can be dangerous if the person is not being attended to immediately. However, despite all the struggle during the hike, it was a great experience.
