Malfunctioning Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma (Thunderbolt ports) HD

In this video I show how the thunderbolt ports on my Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma have stopped functioning. They used to send the Displayport signal through to the connected LG display, but have stopped working. Peripherals plugged into Ethernet, USB and Audio all are still working. Plugging the LG display directly into the MacBook Pro works as expected, but not when connected to any of the Thunderbolt ports on the back of the dock. I try connecting the laptop to the dock with both the provided cable and the Apple cable.
