Haute Dog Howl’oween Parade Long Beach HD

More than 500 pups made an appearance at the 17th annual Haute Dog Howl’oween parade at Marina Vista Park. The decorated pooches paraded in costume with their owners along the park’s bike path, and some humans took part in the costume contest too!
