Dr E.S. Sugonyaev is a well known Russian entomologist who studied chalcid wasps (Encyrtidae, Chalcidoidea) and he was the researcher of Zoological Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (Saint-Petersburg) and Professor of Saint-Petersburg State Agricultural University.
