DESTROYED Zippo RESTORATION. HD

This week i Restore and repair a Zippo style Lighter that was found on the ground in the beach, it´s an extremely rusty restoration and repair, the lighter is a copy of famous Zippo. This old lighter is a Jiantai brand lucky stone edition. Restoring the lighter took me about a week, one of the most time demanding part was due to the missing lucky stone so I had to make a new one for this rare zipo lighter. I had to remove rust from metal, rust removal was by sandblast, then i clean and repair the insert and nickel plated then i polished the case, then you can watch how to refill a zippo and reassemble.
