Slow-moving heavy rain floods Baltimore HD

Heavy rain stayed over parts of south Baltimore, dropping several inches of rain in a short amount of time. Some people were left stranded, needing to be rescued and others had to wait it out. The storm was fierce, and it hovered over parts of the city and dropped relentless amounts of rain over the course of an hour and a half.
