I simply needed to get my feels out. Pros of a simple background: I can be all idgaf about whether the chords and harmonies are actually correct or not as long as there is no obvious discord and as long as you can still somewhat recognize the song. Cons of a simple background: the poor quality of my recording is very audible :D Oh well. Played with Garage Band, recorded with iPhone, slapped together within one day.
