PCOS TTC: 3-5 DPO symptoms. STRANGE CRAMPING?! HD

Hi y’all! Please excuse my sleepy appearance, I am very fatigued right now! I am just giving a little TTC DPO update of my strange symptoms this weekend. I’m not convinced either way of what it could be, so the TWW will be an interesting one to say the very least. DIAGNOSED with PCOS at 16years old, 25 years old and married. I am ten months into TTC. I test my LH with easy@home test strips. I am currently taking metformin 750 Mg XR, and vitamin D supplements, fish oil, iron, And B-6. Come with me on this crazy rollercoaster of TTC with PCOS.
