Close Pass No WOF CUF857 HD

Another car without a Warrant Of Fitness HONDA ACCORD 2005 (in Black) Plate: CUF857 •WOF expired 3 weeks ago on 29th September 2010. This car regularly passes me too closely at about ½ the minimum clearance recommended in the Road Code but the wide angle lens make the gap look much bigger than it is so this is the first time I have posted a video of this car. For a driver to pass a cyclist this close, at speed, without a Warrant of Fitness and to be able to get away with it for so long says a lot about the standard of drivers and Policing in New Zealand
