Front tire of my Volvo S80 V8 EXPLODES, reckless MB driver, MOOSE HD

Not that long ago I faced a very dengerous situation - the right front tire of my Volvo S80 4.4 V8 exploded during driving and on curve. This happened due to a huge piece of tarmac laying on the road. Everything happened at 2-3 AM on Sunday night. I managed to safely stop the car. Eventually only the tire and a rim were damaged. I also meet a freaking huge MOOSE right next to the road. One of the drivers from the oncoming traffic warned me by flashing his lights but I had no idea that this could mean a moose.
