In a huge pot, bring water, dried chrysanthemum flowers, and wolfberries to a boil. 2. Simmer for a minutes and add in rock sugar. Stir until dissolved, shut off heat and let it cool. (If you want you can strain the flowers out later) 3. Serve warm or cold. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
