Boston marathon bombing anniversary memorial marred by hoax HD

A man who appeared to be deranged left a backpack near the Boston Marathon finish line hours after a memorial commemorating the one-year anniversary of the bombing that killed three people. As throngs of people were leaving the site of the memorial service, witnesses saw a man dressed in a black hat and veil leave his backpack near another bag on the street. Witnesses say the man appeared to be deranged, walking barefoot in the rain, while yelling "Boston strong" repeatedly. The bomb squad later analyzed the contents of both bags, inside of which was a rice cooker filled with confetti. The other bag contained a camera kit from a media company. Both were detonated by the bomb squad. The suspect, later identified as 25 year old Kayvon Edison, was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and possession of a hoax device.
