Always hold on to guide ropes esp. in slopy areas of the trek . Take a quick stop on the man made rice terraces of the locals ( my favorite part of the trek ) Keep your “baon “ foods inside your bag , there’s a mischievous monkey roaming around in the first parts of the trek. Clean as you go, To avoid slippery accidents in the river , its best to remove your shoes when jumping from rocks to rocks. Our whole day experience in Cafe La Guada made us realize that DSB has a lot more to offer than pine trees and kapihans. It’s really worth the visit.
