Overview of Semiconductors

The silicon structure as well as P type and N type silicon is reviewed. An overview of silicon ingot and wafer creation is presented. The diode, PNP transistor, NPN transistor, Nmos transistor and Pmos transistor is explained in term of the PN structure.
