Tata Tiago Car Major problems HD

Sir, I have purchased Tata Tiago XTA model 2017 AMT last year from Hijuguri Tata Motors Tinsukia.. Now I m very regreat to say that car is not working properly break fail two time and break oil totally Nil two time and filled it two time within 8000km.. on this regard I m also complain to my nearest Tata service center but they told that you need the change the part and their is a big leakage problem in my car, but it very new car only running 8000km if you change the part of car only 8000km than it very wast car. When they told me that this part is not available at their center they asked me to place order for it and it took near about one month or more than one month to reach part that time I m more sad in this modern age such a poor communication and transportation within India may of them told that Tata company are total fail to provide timely sevice in the Northeast India my problem clearly show it.. how I can run break fail car in city otherwise I need to waiting for one month it very poor service provided by Tata Motors in Hindustan I m really very regreat about your very poor service for customer the customer of Northeast India sir we are also part of India why your policy is neglect toward the people of Northeast India. I want to know that any exchange policy to change the car because my car started problem in 8000km n future I know that it creat more problem. So please give suggestions what can I do? Whether I sale my car or claim for it or complain at consumer courts or replace it sir....
