Old rusted Tata zest car sold as new car by Concorde motors, Chennai(Concorde motors review) HD

Went with my friend for delivery of his new car TATA ZEST on 23-12-2015 from Concorde Motors India Ltd.,. velachery,Chennai. Time of delivery was 10:30 pm. The dealers were trying to cheat him by giving him an old rusted Zest(Almost one year old car). When we inspected the car, this is what we found (pls see the video). They are still refusing to replace the car, saying that the car is not rusted but it is the dirt which is giving the impression of rust. We refused to accept the car and asked for replacement. yet to get any reply from them and the car is still in the showroom. Please share the video to help him
