Giga Guardian Build Guide {Ball Lightning Setup} ~ PoE 3.17

This build has come through with fantastic results both defensively and offensively. I had big plans for this character and it came together quite well after a few days of optimization. Hopefully its a build that some of you may enjoy with giga tankiness and fairly solid damage to go with it!
