WRENCHLIFE - YX150 PIT BIKE ENGINE VALVE CLEARANCE - HOW TO HD

A wee how to from our little bastard rebuild, one of the final touches to the rebuilt x150 engine was to check the valve clearance. With this being a fairly new engine, the valves had settled back into their seats after initial setup, both by roughly 0.002", so it was important to put this right. THIS ADJUSTMENT IS DONE WITH THE CAMSHAFT IN THE RELAXED POSITION, (WHEN BOTH VALVES WOULD BE CLOSED / TDC OF THE COMPRESSION TO IGNITION STROKE).
