This program is part of a series of outreach meetings for Cardiologists, Vascular, Interventional Radiologists, Radiology, Pulmonary, and Primary Care physicians and their midlevel providers. It is a multi-institutional effort that includes providers from Michigan Medicine, Henry Ford Health System, Ascension Health, Columbia University, and Ohio State University.
