Ingredients: 2oz Sesame Oil 1.5 lb. Chicken Breast, julienned 2T Jody’s Asian Persuasion Rub 1/2c Ginger, minced 14oz Extra Firm Tofu, cubed 8oz Yellow Onion, julienned 32oz Rice Noodles (pre-soaked) 12 eggs 16oz Mung Bean Sprouts, fresh 2c Peanuts, chopped (roasted/salted) 4oz Green Onion, chopped 1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped 2 Green Onion, chopped Pad Thai Sauce: 5c Chicken Stock 6T Tamarind Paste 3T Sriracha 8T Cane Sugar 2T Fish Sauce Method: 1. Preheat MATADOR to HIGH. 2. Add Oil and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes, add the ginger and move to the FRONT ROW. 3. Add the Tofu & Onions and cook until tender, 2-3 minutes. 4. Combine the Chicken and Tofu, add the noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, move the mixture to the FRONT ROW. 5. Add 1T Sesame oil to the MATADOR and add the eggs, allow them to cook prior to stirring, 1-2 minutes. 6. Mix all the ingredients in the pan, add the Pad Thai Sauce and allow the noodles to adsorb the sauce. Add the Mung Bean Sprouts, Peanuts, Green Onion, & Cilantro, and stir.
