Booting Windows 7 x64 with AHCI enabled on an SSD

Booting Windows 7 x64 is pretty fast on my Intel X25-M Postville SSD 80GB with is connected to a Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P which has 4GB and an AMD Phenom II X3 720 Processor clocked at 3.25GHz. It has AHCI enabled to have a better performance *after* booting but it slows down the bios boot section quite a bit.
