Policy 6 "FUNDRAISING" : SMO Candidate HOME no.2 HD

FUNDRAISING AND CHARITY Over the past years the budget for student activities and clubs have been greatly cut. However, we do not want to see IC a place lacking activities and clubs. We want to keep and further promote outside the classroom activities and events. We also love seeing clubs being active and having fun. Therefore, if money is not provided to us we will need to get it from somewhere. "IC Fund Raising" event would be a great way to generate money for IC to continue clubs and events. We could do it in a form of raffles where people come buy tickets to win prizes or we could do it in the form of selling things may it be student made products or desserts or snacks. Moreover, if the money generated exceeds that of demand we will set up a charity or fund to help and support the needy and deprived.
