How to make paper roll holder/ paper roll dispenser Materials Required User paper roll cardboard cylinder, Rolled paper tubes, Cardboard piece ~ 18cm X 18cm, Acrylic paints of desired color, Glue/Hot glue gun, Scissors, scale, pencil, Spray varnish Procedure 1. Cut the cardboard cylinder and cut open 2. Roll the cardboard for 1 inch in diameter 3. Stick the open edge with glue/ hot glue gun 4. Seal the glued edge with cellophane tape 5. Flatten a paper tube and roll it tightly to 1 inch diameter. 6. Press the roll in center from inside out to resemble a cone. 7. Prepare another such paper tube roll 8. Stick the flat paper tube roll to one end of the cylinder. 9. Flatten a paper tube and stick on the edge of the paper roll and cylinder 10. Apply glue over the cardboard and wrap the paper tube around it in swirls. 11. Repeat till the other end of the cardboard is reached. 12. Continue with the paper tubes in circles to form a flat circular base. 13. Prepare a circular base of 18cm diameter 14. Trace the base of the holder on the square cardboard. 15. Cut along the traces on the cardboard. 16. Stick the paper base on the cardboard piece with hot glue gun. 17. Stick the cone shaped paper roll prepared earlier to the top edge of the stand. 18. Paint the stand with desired acrylic colors. 19. Let dry for sometime 20. Coat the holder with glue and let dry for sometime 21. Spray varnish and let dry for sometime. Paper roll holder is ready.
