Icom 730 indoor outdoor antenna receive 80 meters MFJ 969 tuner HD

Indoor antenna is 9ft long above the drapes. The outside antenna is just 75 feet of wire too low to the ground. ie about 10 ft up as a jerry rig "listen antenna". This wire goes to a choke made from 18ft of RG mini 8. A 4 short aluminum wires are to the ground point of the coax choke. Theses are 3, 5, 8 and 15 ft long part of an old California apartment porch ground eons ago. The choke goes to 18 ft of mini 8 to the MFJ 969 antenna tuner.
