The idea was to "Tarantino" it and use a post-heist news cast to describe to the player *before* the heist what the heist is all about - and then start the heist with a title card saying "45 minutes earlier" or something to that effect. This idea was dropped during development, and only two news cast movies - one with final audio and one with placeholder audio - are in existence. This music track is developed from the news cast movie that had final audio.
