Original Dance Fitness choreography by Stephanie Broding Sherwood to "Body Talks (feat Kesha)" by The Struts (I pulled some great ideas for it from choreo videos posted by StephZ Cardio Dance and Dana Sandmeyer, in addition to my own stuff). I post these UNPOLISHED choreography videos for my class so they can see new up and coming dances that I have just created when we start doing them in class.
