iOS 12.4 Beta 3 Speed Test on iPhone 5S, 6, 6S, 7 and iPhone 8 (Build 16G5038d) HD

iOS 12.4 Beta 3 is here and it comes in at 200MB + in size for all devices. Beta 2 was only around 20-30MB, so for sure this is one of the bigger Beta updates we have seen for iOS 12.4. I have not had the time to look for changes, but during these tests I have not noticed any. But lets test and see how it performs against iOS 12.3.1 which is also the first time it is being tested.
