iPhone 6S : Speed Test iOS 9.3.5 vs iOS 10.2 Final (Build 14C92) HD
As of November 22nd, 8% of all iOS devices are still on iOS 8 or lower. 29% are still on any version of iOS 9. So will the release of iOS 10.2 improve that? A good number of people are on an older version of iOS to retain their jailbreak, but also some are holding back in fear that iOS 10 will slow down their devices. I have done comparison between iOS 8 and 9 vs the newest iOS 10.2. Unfortunately I do not have any iPhone 6 devices on older versions. But have been able to do them on iPhone 5, 5S and 6S. So hopefully this can help you decide if you should upgrade or not. If in doubt, good advice is not to update. Especially when there is no downgrade path to iOS 8 and 9.
