Speed Test : iOS 10.3.3 versus iOS 13.1.1 (the non throttled version) HD

So I was able to source an original battery for my 6S running iOS 10.3.3. If you remember I made a comparison between iOS 10.3.3 and iOS 13 GM on the 6S, and 10.3.3 came out behind to many surprise. Many viewers pointed out that the device might be throttled, and even though it had a brand new battery, indeed it was. So now I have replaced the battery with the original, and now it is time to run the test again. Now with the 10.3.3 device in an un-throttled mode. This time it will be against iOS 13.1.1 As expected Apple release the GM version of iOS 13 after the event today.
