Symbolizing the sweetness of life, love and purity, these delectable treats are my go-to snack. Easy and fun to make at home—just get a few strawberries, dip them in warm wafer chocolate, swirl around once to remove excess chocolate, place them on parchment paper, and wait a few minutes to cool and harden and Viola! One of life’s simplest pleasures made in minutes! So pretty to look at and yet so satisfyingly delicious, they are like little works of art unto themself.
