First complete board run of our DIY pick and place machine using a new Dynomotion. KFLOP motion controller. The machine was using Mach3 with a Smoothstepper ethernet controller but this was very limited in its speed as can be seen on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdCzUlhZqJ8 which was running at the maximum rate we could reliability build boards. The custom .net windows software still needs a lot of work for error checking and placement speed and I will add a version of the software on my blog at www.briandorey.com as soon as it is working.
