Sinnerman traditional inspired by Nina Simone. Poet, Iyeoka Ivie Okoawo dedicates an original poem to High Priestess of Soul Nina Simone performed LIVE @ The Lizard Lounge 2009. In this video Nigerian poet Iyeoka offers these words: "...this one i give to Nina Simone--she is the first one who taught me most of what i know now about reaching the only core inside of you that frees you to be beautiful effortlessly."
