Trisomy 18 baby birth and death. Heartbreaking story of love and loss. Died in my arms 10 weeks old.

She lived from 30.07.18 - 10.10.18. She was born with Trisomy 18 or Edwards Syndrome and she died. But, we had no idea, we thought she was healthy and I had many scans.
