Eager to see what an updated FJ Cruiser could look like, design extraordinaire Enoch Gonzales has overhauled the off-roader for the 2024 model year. One of the odd things about the outgoing FJ Cruiser is the 2+1 door layout that Gonzales believes has limited sales. As such, his new FJ Cruiser is a proper four-door, which also means it has grown in size. The off-roader has been rendered in TRD Pro guise and has a familiar front end with a small grille with round headlights and angular LED daytime running lights. It is also equipped with a striking bumper and comes complete with red tow hooks. The Toyota also takes inspiration from the Ford Bronco and Jeep Wrangler with doors and roof panels that can be removed, making it much more versatile. Elsewhere, Gonzales has rendered it with matte black wheels wrapped with mud-terrain tires. Also catching the eye are flared wheel arches.
