Cons: Price may be an issue for casual end users No direct XLR connection No adaptor for devices that do not feature the standard 3.5mm audio jack. As for the initial question, yes I do believe that the versatility and quality of this wireless microphone will make it much easier to just press record and film. You will be able to get better audio on the go with all kinds of devices, record further distant footage, conduct interviews, and free your hands from wires, saving you time and money to upload more regular and consistent content.
