Today’s episode of Clevver News Feed is brought to you by the new movie The Age of Adaline - in theaters Friday! What’s up you guys, welcome back to Clevver News, and I’ll try my best to keep calm and collected for the next couple minutes, but no promises. So a brand new trailer for the Pitch Perfect sequel has just emerged and it’s filled with tons of new laughs, new hits and even some new Treble-making. So on that high note, I’m bout to break down 5 killer highlights from the trailer starting with #1: The love story of the century. Yeah, they’re still totally adorbz, and at one point in the trailer we even see a quick second of some smooching. #RELATIONSHIPGOALS. I’m so glad they’re still together because by the looks of what the new movie will bring, Anna’s gonna need all the support she can get… And while I’m on the topic of love and support, highlight #2 brings back a familiar character who has retired from the Bellas BUT her tough love and words of wisdom make her an excellent a-cappella camp counselor: Oh yes, Aubrey is back to whip the Bellas into the best shape they can be to compete world-wide, but fingers crossed there will be NO vomiting this time… But wait, aca-scues me? Let’s rewind to that previous clip, because I think I just heard silent Lilly speak… Yep, I heard right! Lilly may not have stood out in the first movie because she spoke at volumes that practically reached an all-time low (or maybe that’s why she really stood out to you), BUT she’s back y’all and it’s got me feelin’ all like: And if you recall in the first movie when she quietly and adorably revealed that she QUOTE, “sets fires to fill joy,” maybe she had something to do with our fourth highlight: Ok, she probably didn’t set this fire, but it’s safe to say the Bellas will be on fire in more ways than one this time and I’m only hoping this one will be put out in time and that it doesn’t set the Bellas back because it seems like they encounter enough obstacles as it is, which brings me to our last highlight. Just when it seems like the Bellas are about to toss in the towel, what better way than to break out the old Cups routine, this time with every Bella, to reunite the bond? Pitch problem solved!
