Ingredients: • 60 gr. dried mushrooms or 300 gr. fresh (preferably white), • 1 onion, • 1 carrot, • 2-3 potatoes, • 100 gr. sour cream, • 1 tbsp. spoon of flour, • Thin vermicelli, • 1-2 bay leaves, • salt to taste, • 1.5 liters of water or broth. 1. Dry the dried mushrooms and pour boiled water, leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Then drain, but the water, which insisted the mushrooms not pour out. 2. Rinse the mushrooms and finely chop. Cut the onions into small cubes. Carrots rub on a large grater. Cut potatoes into small cubes. 3. In a frying pan in warmed vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms a little, put them in a saucepan and add water and cook, cook for 20-30 minutes. 4. Add the potatoes, bay leaf, continue to cook. 5.
