On Point EDC: ZT 0450, The Best Bang-per-buck EDC Flipper knife? HD

On this episode we examine the excellent 0450 from Zero Tolerance. This is an extremely feature rich piece boasting all the bells and whistles associated with a modern EDC knife, and all in an affordable, Made in the USA package. From the excellent S35VN premium stainless steel blade, to the KVT ball-bearing equipped washers in the pivot system, to the full titanium handle frame-lock design with stainless steel lock insert, this knife really has it all. It these specs, it honestly is a piece that makes it harder and harder to justify paying the premium for a midtech or custom piece. Materials wise, it even compares well to a small Chris Reeve Sebenza 21(a grail knife for many) but at about half the price. I really love this knife and with a few small mods from MXG Gear, namely a deep-carry pocket clip and blued Ti standoffs, I was able to turn my 0450 up to an 11/10 scale.
