Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 with 5.99-inch 18:9 Full Screen display, Snapdragon 835, 8GB RAM announced||Hands on HD

Xiaomi just announced the Mi MIX 2 at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 5.99-inch 18:9 Full HD+ display with ultra narrow bezels, unlike the 6.4-inch display on the first generation Mi MIX with 17:9 aspect ratio and 12% smaller chin compared to the predecessor. It is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 Mobile platform with 6GB of RAM and there is also a Special Edition with 8GB of RAM. It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor and a 5-megapixel camera on the front on the right bottom that also supports face recognition.It has a ceramic body and uses Cantilever piezoelectric ceramic acoustic system instead of a standard earpiece, allowing you to listen to calls without the earpiece, similar to the predecessor. It also has sound guided speaker that has 50mW high power speaker with sound guided tube for an enhanced audio experience. It has support for 6 modes and 43 bands.
