Alan Becker: Animator vs. Animation HD

It’s the struggle between a stick figure and its creator, a computer animator. In the fourth installment of this popular online animation series by recent CCAD graduate Alan Becker, the animator engages in an epic battle with his stick figure, who revolts against his creator and takes control over the computer. The stick figure hacks Becker’s Facebook account, travels onto his iPhone via USB cord, and draws animations of his own to wreak havoc on the software. Becker took nearly a year to complete his 13-minute film which was funded through a Kickstarter campaign. We’ll introduce you to the artist before screening his animation in its entirety.
