Life is strange | r9 280 - AMD fx 8320 | FPS in the screen HD

Playing life is strange with a radeon r9 280 and an AMD fx 8320. Everything is maxed out PFS average of 59,5 (locked at 60). Sometimes the FPS drops to 30, but this is because of the game Not in full HD because my monitor does not support it, but it should not change the performance in full HD My rig: AMD fx 8320 @3.5 GHz Sapphire radeon r9 280 dual-X OC 3gb 2x4gb CL9 1866 gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P 550W 80 plus Bronze
