GTA 5 on HD 7870 HIGH Benchmark HD

Edited with Windows Movie Maker, and it rendered it to lower quality, so the FPS appear lower, but trust me the original footage has the higher FPS indicated on the game benchmark fps, this is for refference only. I picked up this PowerColor Radeon HD 7870 2GB the "Recommended GPU Requirement" for gta 5, I GOT IT for around 70$ on eBay. Released in March 2012, at around 250$ new, I see the depreciation of the GPU , My question is: HOW WELL CAN IT PLAY GTA 5 at 1080p ? TEST PC: Intel Xeon E3 1265L v3 lga 1150 (quadcore haswell with hyperthreading), 8gb (2x4gb)1600 mhz RAM, windows 10 pro, 15.7.1 AMD catalyst drivers.
