Crime No. 141/2022 U/Sec. 353, 506 IPC: Facts of the case are that on 05-04-2022 at 0730 hours received a Telugu written complaint from Sri. Ragiri Anil Kumar- PC-5024 of PS Musheerabad, R/o: H.No: 12-15-623, Manikeshwar Nagar, OU Compus, Hyderabad, Cell No: 9885854187, in which he stated that, on 04-04-2022 at 20:00 hours he along with B. Karaiah- HG-6011 deputed to BC-III for Night duty patrolling, mean while on 05-04-2022 at around 02:10 hours, while performing area patrolling, they reached near 4M hotel, Bholakpur, at that time 4M hotel was opened, so they called to 4M hotel owner Md. Latheef and told him to close the hotel, mean time one local corporator by name Md Ghousuddin @ Taha came to that place loudly shouted on them as who are you.? Why are closing the hotels and we will run hotels 24 hours and threatened with dire consequesences as they did not come to our area, used filthy language on them and also assulted, forcefully pushed to them and insulted infront of the public, then complainant same issue infomed to night PS duty P. Krishnaiah SI and he came to the spot, the same corporator Md. Ghousuddin @ Taha behave rudely with SI and obstructed the SI duties, after knowing this above said matter Night Zonal officer Sri. Venkat Reddy, ACP Abids sir and Night divisional round officer SI Koteshwar Rao, Gandhi nagar PS came to the spot, then also corporator behaved in the same manner. The complainant requested you to please take the necessary action against Md. Ghousuddin @ Taha.I.O. Sri K. Soma shekar, SI.
