Музыкальная открытка, посвященная Дню пельменей

Эту музыкальную открытку я посвятил Дню пельменей, который отмечается сегодня по всему миру. Объявлять его исконно-русским – грешить против истины. Это, скорее, коллективное изобретение. В Италию его из Китая привез Марко Поло – и итальянцы называют его равиоли. У китайцев разные варианты пельмешек – цзяоцзы, баоцзы, вонтоны и шуй яо – тоже одно из любимых национальных блюд (точнее – закусок), и мастера их лепки показывают просто фантастические результаты, а в качестве начинки может использоваться не только мясо, но и морепродукты. Не говоря уже о Средней Азии и Кавказе, где в национальных кухнях тоже довольно много блюд, изготовленных по принципу «мясо завернуть в тесто и сварить» – те же манты и хинкали. А откуда сами эти блюда, собственно, начались – никто наверняка уже и не вспомнит, хотя на звание «изобретателей пельменей» претендуют многие. В честь этого праздника я сочинил следующие строки: Пельменей в мире много разных есть, И в разных странах их готовят все по рецептам разным знаю, Но вот любителей пельменей их не перечесть, И я люблю пельмени, нет я их просто обожаю. Готов и днём и ранним утром я их есть, И со сметаной есть их, я и с майонезом, Люблю короче я пельмени эти я поесть, И очень увлекаюсь этим я всегда процессом. I dedicated this musical card to the Day of Dumplings, which is celebrated today all over the world. To declare it native Russian is to sin against the truth. It is rather a collective invention. It was brought to Italy from China by Marco Polo – and the Italians call it ravioli. The Chinese have different versions of dumplings – jiaozi, baozi, wontons and shui yao – also one of the favorite national dishes (more precisely, snacks), and the masters of their modeling show simply fantastic results, and as a filling can be used not only meat, but also seafood. Not to mention Central Asia and the Caucasus, where national cuisines also have quite a lot of dishes made on the principle of "meat wrapped in dough and cooked" – the same manti and khinkali. And where these dishes themselves actually began - no one will probably remember, although many claim to be the "inventors of dumplings". In honor of this holiday, I composed the following lines: There are many different dumplings in the world, And in different countries they are prepared all according to different recipes., But fans of dumplings can not count them, And I love dumplings, no, I just love them. I am ready both in the afternoon and early in the morning I eat them, And with sour cream, I eat them, and with mayonnaise, I like to eat these dumplings in short, And I am always very fond of this process.
