Windows 10 and NVIDIA Optimus issue — Freezing/Stuttering UI (read description) HD

UPDATE 08/12/2017: Things got worse on Fall Creators Update. The hardcore stuttering is back... Well done Microsoft/NVIDIA/Intel... _ UPDATE 19/4/2017: The Creators Update (build 15063.x) has fixed the issue for most cases, so i highly recommend to install the update. Windows is now much more usable. After the update you can disable UAC message (Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Yes/No) in control panel, because it keeps to trigger the dedicated GPU. _ UPDATE 28/2/2017: On Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15042 the issue is almost gone. Atm I noticed only one thing that keeps triggering the dGPU: UAC (User Account Control). For example: if you try to open regedit.exe, there will be a window asking you "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Yes/No". You can disable completely this message by searching "UAC" in Windows search and by moving the slider to bottom (Never notify). So, all we can do is wait for Creators Update which will come out on April 11.
