03 dodge neon sxt blue underglow walk around and glasspack exhaust HD

my 2003 dodge neon sxt with programmer, specter cold air intake, glasspack muffler, aem exhaust tip, black painted rims w/ blue lip, and full body blue underglow kit...hopefully nitrous kit and turbo coming soon. btw that loud whistle when i start it is not a turbo. that is my intake sucking with all her fury lol dyno makes 287 hp and 312 ftlbs of torque
