PWM DC Motor Speed Controller HD

In this video I show you how to make or how I made my DIY Homemade DC Motor Speed Controller simple at home using 555 timer. if you will use this with 12V you do not need the zener diode and 470 ohm resistor, but with higher voltages you need to add these two components.
