GTA IV and GTA EFLC FPS BOOST v3.

As u saw in the video i can play GTA IV on "maximum" the AV fps was about 24 !! in the third clip i had 0 view distance and in the last i had all 100 i lost only 2-3 fps . why .??? because with this mod view distance is not a problem anymore. ............................. this mod wont make ur game to look better ! in fact it will look abit worse. dont complane about black screen or crash because this mod cant cause them (if u have black screen or crash it means that u didnt install it correct .
